On a separate note, my goofy dad recently got a little local recognition for preparing to run his 15th 50 mile race, the JFK in Maryland this coming Saturday. He does it for fun (!) and to raise money for some charity. This year it is his church's Samaritan Fund to help neighbors make ends meet. Go read more here.
